Imagine taking the worst aspects of capitalism ie long hours, poor pay, incompetent and ego driven management without business training, with none of the benefits of capitalism, this sill be your existence. Also, passive aggressive management and employees will regularly undermine you, if you speak up or demonstrate competence. Left for two weeks and someone was trying to take my job, was in the hospital for a stroke related to work stress, so you cannot even take time off without someone trying to undermine you.

There was several restructuring in the 3 years I was there that I felt muddied the processes. Around the time I left management was struggling with the consequences on some poor business decisions so morale was low. Perks of the job no longer offset the lack of clear vision and direction of the company. Got monotonous and didn't feel I was growing,
