1. Learned stuff beyond my job description 2. Family environment 3. They allow you to go to appointments and are somewhat flexible with your schedule 4. Felt supported by supervisors, coworkers and managers 5. They have the occasional bonus 6. If you're looking to grow and train on the job and stay there this is the perfect company for you!
Cons
1. Pay is low, but the company is expected to have growth in the next 5 years due to new investors-so pay may go up 2. Production floor smells
