Pros

The employees make this place an enjoyable place to work. Also, people have a sense of purpose. This is a great starter job in government services or web development.

Cons

Unless you're in senior management, forget about making money here. If money is important to you, take the better offer, they don't pay well. Also, the company is small so there's not much room for growth.

Okay place to get work experience!

Pros

It was easy to get a job and many people find it to be a decent stepping stone. The people I worked with were enjoyable people for the most part.

Cons

Company wants to do everything in the cheapest way possible, to an irrational extent. Employee turnover is very high due to low salaries and stinginess with raises and promotions.
