Pros
They were very supportive in anything you needed to make sure you could succeed. The ability to move up in the company was easy with some solid hard work.
Cons
If you were having a hard time or a hard day, there wasn't a lot of help with that. You needed to be 1000% happy all the time, no slip ups. Very difficult to work like this if you have a family problem at home or have a hard time leaving your "personal" feelings at home.
