management sucks. they never listen no matter how you feel. there’s nothing but bullies there. the highest levels talk down on you and think they can speak how ever they please. the just use you. claim they care about your feelings but don’t. they just want your money !!!! in this economy we can not survive with what they pay & take out !!!!

• toxic work environment • no work life balance • bad management • bullying • rules only apply in some cases • some stylists r treated better than others based on how much money you make the company • dirty work environment • minimal holidays off Get your training and run!!! incredibly stressful environment not worth the horrible pay! Management doesn’t care and is unprofessional
