Pros
The employer and co-workers at virtual work team are very helpful you are sure to learn something new. The company owner values her worker, she'll never give you more than you can manage and make sure you are comfortable in the field your working in. All and all I only can truly say good things about the company.
Cons
To be honest there is no downside if you have good work ethics and a fast learner there won't be a downside.
