Only few: - Home office possible - awesome team (in past tense unfortunately) - location ( mitte) - free müsli
Cons
Multiple things: - amateur and unprofessional management - unclear company goals - unclear responsibilities - every time every topic is a hot potato, being tossed away. - no strategy thinking - no product vision - no respect towards the team members - among the others the step out of investor made the bosses to make a decision to terminate the contract of more than 50% of the employees (including mine). The guys are still in the office but the main meetings are about future napoleonic plans. Seriously? - the kitchen and the toilet is a mess - there is almost no dedicated budget for cleaning staff, there is a so called "kitchen duty" instead, probably the most expensive kitchen cleaning in the city
