Pros

This is a company you can work at for years and have a great life doing so. Because we are a small company, there are possibilities to move around within the company, just by showing an interest and willingness to jump in and learn different skillsets, you can grow as a professional. It's a strong, thoughtful, and driven group of people to work with. Working here, we feel like we are really helping people, and we get to be "real people" our customers talk to, rather than a computerized response system. Viewpath really has a soul as an organization, with a great culture. People are awesome at Viewpath and Seattle is a beautiful place to work. While I work remotely a majority of the time, when I'm in Seattle, the unlimited coffee and ping pong table make for a good break. I love my time on-site because we have such a good time working together.

Cons

We're working through some growing pains as we make the shift to an incorporated company. Despite that, I see an excellent long-term roadmap for us. In terms of benefits, there is no 401(k) (or matching), and I would like to see that happen someday. Otherwise, keep up the great work, and keep helping us to find ways for us to live our mantra's about work/life balance - some of us "ahem..." are more challenged to do that.

Dedicated and hardworking team. Transparency and honesty are core values that are adhered to diligently by all team members. Freedom to grow in any direction. Opportunity to make a large impact. Very open environment

Cons

Lots of competition in the PM Software space. (Also a big opportunity)
