      Pros

      Nice and caring people in the office. Very attractive product to work with. Plenty of social gatherings paid by the company. The office is very well located. Possibility to grow within the company and learn through senior management.

      Cons

      Because of the flash sale industry some of the work can become repetitive. Lack of training budget to develop new skills.
