New legal management team is awful. Doesn't look like they have any idea what they are doing and blame everyone else for their mistakes. What happened to the old team of managers? Why is everyone quitting? Consistently threatened by new management to do better or else. They don't seem to have the experience to answer any questions. They run audits and tell you all the mistakes you made but are often incorrect and go against their own guidelines. Seems like guesswork. Very frantic and lacks organization. Can't trust the team so you are completely on your own. What used to be a great company is now flailing around in desperation. So much so they create fake 5 Star Reviews to boost their rating. I know this because I was asked to do it. I would say stay as far away as possible. This career path will be very short lived.
