      This job pays well and it is a cubicle setting. They also do a good job promoting within the company.

      Cons

      Very toxic environment. If you are not a favorite , they will not choose to work with you. Training is one of their biggest faults and also, I experienced racists comments from employees who were later promoted instead of held accountable.
