Great place to grow as an engineer
Pros
Vellex was one of the more supportive teams I’ve worked with. The culture is very open — people share ideas freely, ask questions, and listen. I felt trusted to try new things and think through problems even though I am an early-career engineer, which helped me grow a ton. The flexibility and remote setup made life easier, and the team really does celebrate wins and lift each other up. It was a great environment to level up before moving on to my next role.
Cons
It’s a fast-moving company, so priorities can shift quickly. If you prefer a super structured or slow-paced environment, it might feel a bit chaotic at times. Being a global, mostly-remote team also means time zones can get in the way, and some internal processes are still catching up as the company grows.
