Salary beleieve me i want to enter another points but there is nothing to enter
Cons
1- Very bad management no vision and no planning total liars 2- No stability salaries are late in delivery no break hours 3- You are explicitly being told not to think because 'developers are meant to implement not to think' 4- Not even a clue of good communication skills starting from managerial person the manager might tell you that you're a loser and good for nothin laying employees off without any reaons anybody gets fired at any time
