      Pros

      Decent work-life balance. Very few toxic or micro managing supervisors. Generally nice and respectful coworkers.

      Cons

      Low pay, especially for engineers. Very little incentive to work hard; over performers will get the same pay raise and bonus as under performers. Very little opportunity to learn and progress, especially for those early in their career. Very few resources. Very unaccepting of change, it’s a “This is how we’ve always done it” type of place.
