Listen the list of cons that were at this place is not enough room to put inside this box but if i had to pick at least one it would be management. No training is given at all and you are expected to know everything like you have been there for 10+ years. Management most of the time depending on who's is in charge that day do not work together and it gets passed down to the rest of the staff. Mostly its a slave ship and you are to do as you are told and if you say anythng back youre written up or suspended for a day. at the start of the year everyone got a .25-.73 cent raise (the first one in 5 years apparently) but no one there makes over $15. if you are really down and out and i mean really down and out and cant get a job anywhere not even flipping burgers, or doing the tax thing standing on the corner dancing then apply here. other than that i would not reccommend anyone waste their time energy or anything working at this place. And if youre wondering i left on my own accord after getting a waaaaayyy better job with a livable wage after being there at value world for 4 months.

Low pay, unrealistic expectations for project deadlines, high turn over, awful customers, quick to write up employees.
