They had a great management team that actually cared about you.

Cons

Dart took over, laid off half the staff. 25% of the staff that remained quit due to Dart's incompetence.

Better than being unemployed at the time.

Cons

Racist owner, sweatshop environment, low pay. The firm is run by a he/she who bullies the staff of appraisers. The office is run like a sweatshop and employees are bullied into staying late on Fridays to talk about absolutely nothing. The owner is a control freak.
