      Pros

      - Org-wide culture of ownership, teams helping each other out, and ambition to go a step further. - No shortage of opportunities to take initiative and grow in your career. A team that encourages/supports this! - Great benefits, perks, and competitive salary.

      Cons

      - Startup environment (i.e., working with ambiguity, moving priorities, building the plane as you fly). If you are looking for standardized paths, existing processes, and clear instructions, this is likely not the place for you!

      A lot of smart and fun people you get to work with new challenges that push you to grow and develop quickly

      Cons

      The most political organization I have worked at. Despite having values of debate to great, you need to be careful in expressing any dissent in a path forward, even when it is just related to work. Everyone is stretched thin at all times. Everything will feel urgent all the time, and the answer to that urgency is often to just work harder and do more. You will then be blamed if something is dropped during that time. Teams can often feel at odds with each other and fighting for time and resources

      Incredibly strong team, very positive / collaborative office culture, professional recruitment process, experienced leadership with built-in development opportunities (particularly for joiners newer to sales)

      Cons

      Very fast-paced at times, work is highly cyclical to deals (as is all sales deals)
