      Pros

      The compensation was quite good. Relatively flexible schedule. Initially, they seemed vested in my well-being as an employee - don't be fooled, people.

      Cons

      Management has absolutely no clue how to actually lead a team. I was largely left to my own devices until I dared to speak up against the lack of integrity I saw in the client's actions. I received no support from management; instead, inappropriate jokes were made at my own expense & I was treated as a troublemaker. Items of confidence were also openly mentioned to other team members, which I really didn't appreciate. If you weren't part of the "Good Old Boys' Club," then you were disrespected and ousted.

      Pros

      No micro management. Love the flexible work schedule. Pay is descent.

      Cons

      Management can't separate friendship with co-workers. Management discuss confidential information about employees and former employees. No type of growth potential unless you are in the click with them.

      pay is fair and timely.

      Cons

      Management heaps love and money only on a select few good old boys. If you're in the inner circle, you and your family will get all expenses paid invites to resort style management meetings in Miami or Vegas. If you're just a hard-working, nose-to-the-grindstone kind of guy, you best forget about getting any invites. They keep these good old boy retreats confidential, but everyone knows they're spending everyone else's bonus at Disneyland. F U management
