Love my regular customers, free car washes every pay day. Easy tasks to do during a normal business work day
Cons
People that are hired on and have no idea what they're doing make the same as cashiers that have worked with vintners for many years. There is no benefits and you are treated like an expendable. If you ask for a certain day or two off they'll treat you like you're asking for PTO or something and cut your hours indefinitely until they desperately need you to work FT again. They also give you mixed shifts like graveyard and days so you're in a constant battle with your sleep schedule and sleeping almost your entire day off. What also really downs me is how I get stuck with graveyard shift because nobody else wants to do it, yet MY hours get cut and I don't get better pay for be able to and doing way more than other people.
