Flexible schedule Great to work on news and media

Cons

Management Is unqualified, little communication, no company culture, unstructured. There is zero room for internal growth. Salaries are below market value. Company seems to be moving away from human captioners and going to an AI model, but is falling behind compared to competitors in that regard. Expect this company to be sold off for IP to a major player in the next few years. No job stability here.

Constant threat of layoffs creates a stressful environment. Upper management have no transparency and only care about profit over clients and employees.
