Great colleagues and pride in work delivered

Cons

Strong culture eroded by management and constant organizational changes/layoffs due to never meeting inflated targets. Complete lack of processes cause complexity. Highly politicized environment, where upper management are focused on what gets them furthest and middle-management comply to further their own interests, leaving those at the execution level running around the clock to deliver on endless infinitives without near adequate resourcing.
