      Pros

      Job is easy and gives you tons of flexibility for hours.

      Cons

      Customer can be a little difficult at times. However, if the manager is good at doing his/her job in dealing with such curve balls, that will not be a problem for the inspectors.

      Co-workers are extremely friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Business casual clothing and jeans on Fridays. Quick to order and supply you with any items needed to help do your job.

      Cons

      Set in ways and not open to change. Impossible to get time with your manager Never given clear instructions to complete tasks. Lack of communication from managers to employees.
