Training

Pros

Easy Application cause they will respond immediately. Provided informative training.

Cons

Lack of Proper Communication – They withdrew you from training with only an hour’s notice, which is incredibly short and unprofessional. You had no chance to address their concerns beforehand. 2. Poor Handling of Feedback – Instead of providing constructive feedback during training, they just decided to remove you without prior discussion or warning. 3. Disrespectful and Embarrassing Process – Kicking you out of the training session without informing you beforehand put you in an uncomfortable and humiliating situation. 4. Unclear Evaluation Criteria – You confidently answered quizzes, participated well, and prepared, yet they claimed you needed improvement in several areas without specific examples or feedback. 5. Disregard for Your Effort and Time – You dedicated time to studying and preparing, yet they dismissed your efforts without proper acknowledgment
