Pros

Good hours, lots of holidays, good pay

Cons

Lack of accountability, poor leadership, inequality, lack of staffing, lack of support and it goes all the way to the very top.

Pros

Great benefits (PTO, health insurance)

Cons

Extremely stressful work environment. Chronic issues, even simple ones (such as there being no snacks on the floor for patients) never got resolved. Patients were constantly coming even if the staff couldn't handle anymore. The facilities are old and the patients don't have private rooms. We were forced to administer chemo and given a minimum chemo course that really wasn't safe... only oncology nurses should administer chem.
