      One of the most poorly run companies I have ever heard of.

      Pros

      No structure whatsoever. Work as much or as little as you want.

      Cons

      You'll make very little money, regardless of how much you work. When layoffs become necessary, CEO will retain the cute girls over all else. Every year, they cut distribution w/intelligent customers.
