Pros
Inside scoop with various aftermarket parts companies for upgrades on excellent tuner platforms. Good employee discount once you qualify for it. Get to interact with other car enthusiast at car shows good conversation starter.
Cons
Too many politics between departments just to get a customer taken care of. Very little processes in place to streamline workflow, lots of manual/busy work. Its 2024 lets make technology work for us. Commission plan is subpar to competitors and does not incentivize more sales given all the work expected to do which is borderline customer service related and customers prefer to use website since there is no benefit to ordering from sales agent if you already know what you want.
