Pros

Great hours and staff, smart owners. The work was always moving a changing, allowing lots of room to grown and learn. Great place to have worked.

Cons

Because this was such a small company, often we were overworked, and other times we were underworked. It needed to grow to smooth out the hills and valleys in workload.

Pros

Good for new grads to learn if interested in working in the field of Land Development. Great group of people to work with, and I've made tons of good friends here!

Cons

Poor/harassing management. Expect to take blames for the management. Very top-heavy company, most people are paid well below the average market rate. Very high turn-over rate because of the reasons listed. People are not respected, working environment gets intense sometimes when management yells in your face.

Pros

Every hour worked is an hour received in pay. OT rate is 1.0 x rate of pay after 40 hours per business week. Adequate vacation time accrues increasingly with extra hours worked. Free dental, vision, and health insurance for single employees.

Cons

Antiquated attitude toward "Millennial" generations and not interested in good communication. Idea that "Urban has bad communication" doesn't seem to be changing. Pay is well below market value and employee worth. Very little ability to raise it. Benefits are somewhat dismal for families.
