They will teach you how to be a salesperson which is useful, but not for this age and time. They are losing ground, thus, expanding to new countries without even speaking the language. People in England are bored and tired of people knocking on their door so you'll get a lot of swearing and negativity. They say it is 6-12 months, but, I have seen people in this role for 4 years and still knocking on doors to pay bills. No work/life balance AT ALL. You never see your partner, parents or friends as the only time you have free is to shower, sleep and repeat the day. You'll have to go to work in pain, with snow or even after surgery, to show them, you can sell no matter what. They call this "winning" the territory. If you don't they'll make you feel embarrassed in front of the whole office. I gave them the chance to grow within but they could not handle someone with the highest education. It is actually perfect for school drop-outs as they will hire ANYONE even if they play hard on you. They are only looking for: positive attitude, student mentality. To follow like an ant, never lead.
