Pros
Great company to work for remotely. Makes a big effort to include everyone and to not make remote work so transactional. For the most part everyone keeps it a very open minded and will listen to anyone. Great work life balance with unlimited vacation including making you take some time if you are a workaholic
Cons
At least in product and engineering it seems like management has no call on salary increases and promotions. Yearly salary increases don't even keep up with inflation let along the industry demand. My direct manage seems to have too many people reporting to him though I think this is changing. Unless you want to go into management there really is nothing higher than Senior Software Engineer but sounds like this also might be changing soon.
