      Great medical and dental benefits

      Egos run rampant in upper management (in NJ). Example: At the Holiday Party, everyone, including the employees dates, are required at the party to get up in front of the entire group and tell everyone why it is so great to work at Unitronics. Needless to say, the dates, who did not work for the company, were shocked. As were several of the new employees. Worse than not praising the company at the party, is not being a sycophant to upper management.

      Opportunities to wear lots of hats and try new things, great for people early in their career to learn Small tight-knit office and fun coworkers

      Cons

      Management is disorganized and communication is sloppy Business goals are unrealistic and new products lines cannibalize existing business Management cut benefits, while paying below average and nickel-and-diming normal travel and office expenses No career growth
