Very stable. Positive peer culture. Good compensation, although it could be better. Good benefits.

Cons

Mid-level management may not have any idea how to do their job. Logistics occasionally struggle, forcing me to be more delivery driver than salesperson. Direct manager lacks mentorship qualities.
