Very Poorly Run Sales Company for Great Resorts

Pros

Brand Recognition for Sandals and Beaches Resorts is high, very respectable hotel brand. The resort managers and staff are exceptional and will do everything in their power for you and their clients.

Cons

As the Marketing arm of Sandals and Beaches resorts, Unique Vacations runs on favors and who you know, difficult to move up based on merits or had work. Terrible communications between upper level management and those in the field. Not very receptive to new and better ways of doing something.
