Exciting tasks, sota technology, open-mindedness in AI, friendly and top-notch co-workers.
Cons
Pretence, lack of trust in employees, questionable communication. Rehiring after mass layoff just doesn't seem right.

Pros
Futuristic technology (AI, deep learning), a couple of real geniuses are working within the R&D team, nice and modern office, solid financial background, there are still several nice colleagues.
Cons
The management is lack of competence in people management. No appreciation to anyone at all. There was never a positive feedback to ANY of sales or other team members. It results in a very bad mood in the whole office that kills motivation and efficiency. The company does not have any income even after 5 years of existence, no bigger contracts have been signed nor good strategy or visions are on the table.
