I believe the working culture is pretty similar across most companies. But one thing that stands out here is the 1-day-a-week WFH policy. At first, you might think it's just some sort of gimmick or a temporary perk that would be taken away after the pandemic ended. But I'm really glad they’ve stuck with it until now, which is nearly two years after I joined. I believe it's this level of trust that gives everyone a reason to feel motivated to take initiative, contribute more, and really do their part. And another thing I think worth mentioning is the working environment. It's pretty cool having the world's 2nd tallest giant skyscraper standing right behind you. It’s like she's got your back, and no joke, she's really beautiful.
