      Not the place to begin civil service

      Pros

      Higher pay scale than typical civil service position.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Even worse supervisory/middle managers than the average government agency. Poor review process. The process is more important than the product. Treat the customers like idiots and treat all contractors like they are 100% out to cheat the government.
