      Good pay. Bosses were else where

      Cons

      No clear picture of where the company is going or how to get there. Supervisors were totally clueless and didn't know it. Since they were not in Tempe they had no idea how hard people were working. Constantly shifting priorities. No appreciation of the working being done.

      Pros

      Company is growing very very fast Promotion opportunities as they are hiring many people Business is booming, managed care is booming for the next few years

      Cons

      Long long hours, weekends and holiday work expected Many depts have very low moral due to some archaic punative management styles Human resources is out of touch, I quote "pharmacists are spoiled and overpaid" has been overheard lately from them.
