Great colleagues who value supporting students at HBCUs! Rewarding working with students.
Cons
There is not a lot of room for advancement within the organization, leadership (directors and higher) are typically overpaid for doing significantly less work than the entry level and mid-level staff, lack of vision for the organization and is low paying for a company headquartered in the heart of DC.
