Very motivated staff and team members to work with. Possibilities are endless. Much room to grow and expand any and all ideas. Team members are very supportive as well.
Cons
This is a full time position under only non-normal full time hours. As the entire organization is of volunteers, you will only meet up with team members to work on projects outside of normal business hours, oftentimes after work.
