Pros

The environment at Two Way Direct is a very supportive one. Management believes in the growth of their employees in both their personal and professional lives. Unlike many companies who claim to care, at Two Way Direct, you truly feel like they do. Great people to work with, easy going and open environment, and the fact that the company keeps up with the times and can pivot on a dime is helpful to keep pace in a highly competitive marketplace. Love working here!

Cons

The only downside I can state is that it's about an hour drive for me to get here, but that's my choice.

Young, cool company with nice people that work there.

Cons

The sales job is brutal. It was definitely over promised to make it sound more glamorous than it is. It's a "dial for dollars". You are stuck cold calling customer after customer all day long with very little contacts. They say they will hand feed you thousands of customers but you are literally calling customers from 8 years ago who have zero desire to do business with us again. They also appear to cherry pick the high dollar accounts and give to 2 or 3 favorite sales reps.
