Pros

Great benefits, Management cares about their employees, A lot of extra perks that other dealers don't have such as Tuition Reimbursement, Training, Wellness programs, 401k match, Flexible Schedules, etc.

Cons

Hard to find parking but I think that is getting fixed.

Favortisim. if you are the CFO kids childhood friend, you can get away with not working, while others do all the work. Inconsistenet. Changes her mind constantly Out of the day to day so long, she relies to much on another manager

Mister Click is a terrific person. Generous company when you are in need. Flexibility.

Cons

Mister Click is never there. New Employee Orientation is a joke. Training is non-existent. High performers are rewarded with more workload. Burned out? There's the door.
