Management was great. Parents/ families were overall a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Typical corporate childcare problems- under compensated staff. I was surprised to see that many private schools offer better hours/ pay.

Not really any I can think of. Any Preschool or Daycare position will have its up and downs and challenges. Its how you respond that matters most.
