Some of the bestbreasons to work at Tutortime was the kids. Some of the parents were very kind and appreciative as well.

Cons

Low pay. The management doesn't really care about the staff. Some parents are rude and abrupt to the staff. Monthly staff meetings would be during lunch breaks or after work during an already long and tiring day.

- building relationships with children and families - free food - staff events such as potlucks and Jean Day - being able to customize your own classroom

Cons

- management is terrible. There's a different set of rules for each employee - work/ home balance is bad. Sometimes you have to take work home - low pay, high expectations - they move around teachers and children all day - very unlikely chance for advancement in the company - front desk staff are very gossipy and tend to be rude
