      Nice balance between calls and other tasks. Lots to do, days went quick.

      Can be hectic with the demands given. Still balanced all the same, however.

      I think the reviewer is confusing us with another company with a similar name? The business didn't fail. We are still up and going and have plenty of clients.

      The economy is impacting our bottom line as it is with all businesses at this time.
