It's far better than other warehouses

They're far less strict on numbers and speed. They try to do a good job of cross-training within your first 90 days to be able to move you around as needed

Cons

Inventory organization is an absolute mess. It's more of a "throw it where it'll fit" instead of having a dedicated place for the product
