Some colleagues are great. Some generally love what they do. They offer a decent salary but it's usually below what could be offered. Somewhat flexible. Good use of technology
Cons
Management is really inept and has only a desire to play lipservice to employee satisfaction. There is a toxic work environment that permeates everywhere. Constant emails and meetings regarding money. All they care about is money, not good work. Only support things they care about (they being a manufactured inner circle). Request input but does not actually care for it. Too much turnover...people quit constantly and also get fired on the spot ... not sure what their goal is but this military style that is authoritarian does nothing more than make people rethink their choice...most stay while waiting for the next chance to leave
