Pros

Pay on time, pay for your programs, provide insurance

Cons

- Management is way overwhelmed and not watching out for you at all- the company comes over you every time. The meetings as of late have been very 'fear mongering' and it's been disheartening - UWM bidding is going to cause a layoff sooner than later and it feels like no one will talk openly about this MASSIVE PROBLEM. A lot of skipping around the topic. - No support and when you ask QDT for help they use AI to answer and copy paste things they find online. - Pay scale is unfair for the amount of work you do. Commission split is awful. Lowest I've been paid in my entire career. - The only 'bonus' I've received so far for my workload has been a cheap 'gift' they let us pick from on a website of amazon type gifts and it was probably $10 to buy and broke upon arrival... thanks...

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take these concerns seriously, while also recognizing that some points raised may not fully align with how our processes are intended to operate. We conduct quarterly surveys and actively implement changes based on employee input. If there are concerns not being addressed, we encourage you to connect directly with your manager so we can ensure clarity and follow-through. Our intent is to operate with transparency. We hold weekly team standups and quarterly All Hands meetings to openly communicate updates and address questions. If meetings are being perceived differently, we want to understand and improve that experience. For additional report support, QDT hosts daily office hours for real-time assistance. If that resource isn’t meeting expectations, we welcome more specific feedback. And finally, regarding compensation, we introduced new initiatives to increase earnings, including a loyalty bonus, quarterly performance bonuses, and an Elite Performer Club. We are committed to continuing to improve communication, support, and overall experience across the organization.
