We conduct quarterly surveys and actively implement changes based on employee input. If there are concerns not being addressed, we encourage you to connect directly with your manager so we can ensure clarity and follow-through.
Our intent is to operate with transparency. We hold weekly team standups and quarterly All Hands meetings to openly communicate updates and address questions. If meetings are being perceived differently, we want to understand and improve that experience.
For additional report support, QDT hosts daily office hours for real-time assistance. If that resource isn’t meeting expectations, we welcome more specific feedback.
And finally, regarding compensation, we introduced new initiatives to increase earnings, including a loyalty bonus, quarterly performance bonuses, and an Elite Performer Club.
