Pros

Only the elements in their products are "True".

Cons

It is truly disheartening to say that this company has one of the worst working environments I have ever experienced. The lack of work-life balance is appalling, with employees having no personal life outside of work. The behavior of some of the staff is abhorrent, with individuals being extremely rude and treating new joiners like second-class citizens. Long-time employees believe they own the company and act accordingly, mistreating newcomers. The new managers are terrible, unprofessional, and invasive. They inquire about your salary and try to belittle you based on your earnings. They make their employees cry in the office, and I have never seen such terrible managers who lack communication skills and clarity. They make their subordinates' lives a living hell, and if the CEO is unhappy with their work, they ensure that their employees suffer the consequences. If you value your mental health, stay away from this company. The environment is toxic, and the management is the worst I have ever encountered.

Thanks for the feedback. And apologies for such a pathetic experience. Training the managers is surely an area to work on - given our pace of growth, some senior members were made managers but we didn't give due importance to training them, assuming it's a natural skill. Did not realise that it caused so much angst. Sorry about it. Would also suggest next time pls walk up to someone you trust in the team (in this case, it could have been me) and share your concerns. We are fairly open and very serious about working on feedback. Nonetheless, best wishes for your endeavours - thanks again.

Pros

- A great exposure to startup culture and complete freedom to implement your ideas - Highly meritocratic and no office politics - A great learning and growing opportunity in the FMCG sector - Witness the revolution of healthy snacking - Top Management is very supportive - Get to savour tasty foods every now and then while testing products ;)

Cons

- Not for the ones expecting to earn in astronomical figures - Lack of guidance and learnings from peers (mostly because there is only top management for that) - Not for the ones looking for a laid back kind of a job. You will be required to be on your toes most of the times
