Pros
Good colleagues to work with. Willing to help others and take shifts if needed. Even though working remote, we had good communication.
Cons
One bad apple team leader on a power trip ruined it for many. Keeping things a secret so we wouldn't talk to others. Not very flexible.

Trusource Labs was an essential step towards developing my skills. The best company culture where you got back what you put in.
Cons
Acquired by Everise Holdings in 2018 and rebranded to Everise PX. The brand has had some growing pains with a different approach from new leadership. Has the potential to be great but feels like a dysfunctional family that frequently gets hung up over petty business policy.
