Pros

DON'T do it. Stay AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cons

The owners don't have a clue as to how to run a business, let alone how to treat a human being with common decency. They talk down to you, criticize, belittle their employees and run the entire company off of fear and submission. They are greedy, condescending and only out for them selves. You are constantly being accused of false accusations , and being spied on from the owner(Michael Fullam) from the little camera room. The other owner-wife(Carol Fullam) AKA- Miss Hannigan is a mess, a whirlwind of hot and cold attitude doesn't begin to justify her unstable mood swings. Shes by far a lousy Loan Officer. She does not get back to her clients, misses appointments and is constantly out of compliance on laws. This is not a business, they are looking to control their employees like little children who misbehave. Michael Fullam constantly makes inappropriate sexual remarks to female employees and than laughs as if it were supposed to be some kind of funny "joke" This place needs to be shut down. It is only a matter of time before their doors close, the employees currently there can't get out fast enough. They are dropping like flies.

Pros

Working here was a nightmare. The owners are terrible human beings, with no concept of employer employee relations. I was already licensed in over 10 states as a loan officer, and one of the top producers, but you had to walk on eggshells all the time. I also found them changing fees on final docs without an updated GFE to client, and that is unethical and illegal. I hope for clients sake they go out of business, because not only do they treat their own staff horrid, they are making far too much in broker fees to be ethical for seniors.

Cons

Horrible owners, micromanage every aspect, if you smile and say hello in the hall they (Carol and Mike Fullam) wonder why your happy. Huge turnover and generally do not expect to last unless you can handle being treated like crap for 8 hours a day.

Pros

There are absolutely no positives working for this company unless you want a termination on your resume.

Cons

Ownership has no respect for the intelligence, experience or ability of its employees.. Huge turn over in all departments and positions. You will be video taped, all your phone calls inbound and outbound are recorded, all your emails will be forwarded to ownership, you will be forced to clock in and out for breaks, lunch etc with a fingerprint system, you will not be permitted to print any document or to mail anything out to clients etc no wifi. Ownership sets unrealistic goals and then retaliates in all areas of company when these crazy goals are not achieved. Carol a owner, represents the vast majority of sales therefor minimizing opportunities for other sales people to close deals and make commissions. No stability in employees, procedures or employee sales results.
