      Great group of people to work with fast paced and great learning as you go style environment

      Cons

      Management is dishonest and not trustworthy Poor/inexperienced leadership team infighting between and within all departments politics win over loyalty and experience All around very poor management Core values are not followed when it comes to acquired smaller companies. More follow through from Trimble is needed for smaller branches or divisions.

      Good compensation for mangers, decent travel perks, stock awards are also good. Interesting technology, and international growth.

      Cons

      Big and lumbering company. Can be slow to react. Focused on quarterly results. Some destructive employees and politicking at a senior level.

Employees from diverse backgrounds are undervalued and overlooked. 2.Toxic Culture: A workplace where management ignores concerns and fosters an environment of exclusion. 3.Lack of Employee Value: Hard work and expertise go unrecognized. Leadership does not invest in career growth or fair treatment. 4. Poor Leadership: Decisions are based on office politics rather than performance.
